Payment Details:
Select from the payment options available. You will
have the opportunity to amend the Billing Address if
different to your Delivery Address. Click the Continue
button to proceed. If you have made a mistake, use your
browser's back button to edit your details.
Credit or debit card details are not retained by GrantSearch
or on any computer or data storage system associated
with us. This is for your security and peace of mind.
Always retain a copy of online transactions for future
reference.
WorldPay:
Online transactions are processed via the Payment Service
Provider WorldPay. Transactions may be made using a
current credit card or debit card which bears the logo
of Visa or MasterCard, in $ AUD Australian Dollars only
- no other currencies are supported. Contact
WorldPay.
Refused Transactions:
Successful transactions will be confirmed by e-mail
to you from WorldPay. If you do not receive an e-mail
promptly after making the transaction, then your transaction
was probably not processed correctly or has been refused
by your credit card company. Periodically, this does
occur through no fault of your own.
GrantSearch never take this as a reflection upon your
financial status since this can occur for a surprisingly
large number of reasons. Unfortunately, one of the problems
of card user confidentiality is that we at GrantSearch
are never told of the reason why the transaction has
been declined. In this circumstance, please be assured
of our understanding and confidentiality, try again,
and if that does not succeed, contact your credit card
company for their advice.
Fraud and Loss Prevention:
We work with our Payment Service Provider vigilantly
to help reduce charge backs and protect loss prevention,
through proprietary software, database cross-referencing,
merchant information sessions and direct customer queries.
Our Payment Service Provider's servers have a 128 bit
encryption level, the same level as leading banks and
financial institutions. The "locked padlock"
icon indicated on your browser confirms the secure status.
In the case of a refund please request a reimbursement
directly from GrantSearch. However, in the case of a
chargeback, you normally request a reimbursement from
your credit card issuing bank.
Payment by Cheque:
Cheques are accepted in $ AUD Australian Dollars only
and should be made payable to:
Research Grant Consultants
112A Joel Terrace
Mount Lawley
Western Australia 6050.
Order Confirmation:
If you include an e-mail address when placing an order,
you will receive confirmation from us by e-mail, in
addition to a transaction confirmation message from
WorldPay, if you paid online. We do not attempt to confirm
orders by telephone or fax, unless missing details prevent
the order from being processed.
Duplicated Order:
Should your instructions be duplicated, GrantSearch
will contact you before processing the order to establish
your exact requirements.
Contact us if you are
concerned that you have made a mistake, or wish us to
check your payment transaction, or just to confirm that
your instructions are correct.
Postage and Handling Charges:
GrantSearch has engaged the services of Auspost for
warehousing, packing and delivery of books. Shipping
charges are included within the total price, and while
endeavouring to minimise shipping costs, the most appropriate
packaging has been chosen to ensure that your goods
arrive in pristine condition.
Postage and handling is charged at flat rates, equal
to the average cost of Auspost's services to us per
copy.
Delivery Time:
GrantSearch processes orders promptly upon receipt,
usually within 24 hours, and will notify you if there
is a foreseen delay.
Delivery time for books is targeted in 4 - 6 working
days thereafter for addresses within mainland Australia,
but please allow 14 - 28 days for overseas orders.
GrantSearch will not be bound by any instruction which
is outside the control of GrantSearch and will not,
under any circumstances, accept claims for consequential
loss.
GrantSearch reserves the right to decline any instruction
which does not meet these terms and conditions.
Public Holidays:
Holiday periods vary from State to State, country to
country, so there may be occasional delays outside of
our control.

If a product is not available immediately, GrantSearch
will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel
your order or allow us to place it on back order, in
which case it will be shipped as soon as we receive
it.
Pricing and Tax:
Prices indicated are inclusive of the Goods and Services
Tax (GST) which is charged at a rate of 10.0%.
GrantSearch and Research Grant Consultants are registered

Accuracy of Information:
GrantSearch does its best to ensure the accuracy of
information on this website and, whenever possible,
to give direct links to online guidelines and/or application
forms. However, due to the impracticality of verifying
all the data from moment to moment, there will inevitably
be times when some entries are out of date. We continually
strive to keep this to a minimum.
Billing Errors:
Please notify GrantSearch of any billing error as soon
as possible contact us.
Replacement or Refund:
Subscriptions: on rare occasions subscribers may fail
to find any funding sources for which they are eligible
to apply. If a database search proves fruitless, contact
us providing as much detail as possible, and we
will assist you in your search. Should the results still
prove negative, GrantSearch will consider a refund.
Due to the nature of the service being provision of
information by electronic means, refunds are not provided
under any other circumstances.
Books: if found to be damaged or defective upon receipt,
please contact us within
7 days, and GrantSearch will ship a replacement in line
with your original instructions unless informed to the
contrary. If your order has not arrived within 30 days
of dispatch, GrantSearch will request Auspost to conduct
a trace, and in the absence of prove that the parcel
was delivered to the address given by the purchaser,
a replacement copy will be furnished at our expense.
Dispute:
In the unlikely case of dispute, it will be dealt with
under the jurisdiction of Australian Law.
