This form is for Multiple User/Institutional subscriptions only. To subscribe as an Individual, please proceed to Single User Subscriptions.
Site-wide and Multiple User Subscriptions
Authentication by IP address allows automatic access to subscriber services via the Institutional: User Access link near the top of our home page, without supplying UserNames and Passwords. Users may set up individual email GrantAlerts by registering their details while using an on-site computer and obtaining a UserName and Password. These are required for viewing GrantAlert details, and may also be used to access the service from off-site computers.
When IP Authentication is not feasible, perhaps due to Users being located at multiple sites and/or connected to different networks, individual UserNames and Passwords can be issued, providing the number of Users is 10 or less.
No training or support by institutional staff is required, full instructions and support contact details being available on our web site.
On a sliding scale depending on the number of Users, defined as:
Site-wide/campus-wide access - total staff plus students
Multiple User - either 2-10 individually assigned UserName and Password accounts, OR the number of host addresses within a specified IP subnet block
- Online by secure credit card transaction. Your subscription will be confirmed by email, with a taxation receipt enclosed.
- By invoice. Select this option on the payment page. Print the generated invoice and pay by cheque or EFT. You will be notified when your subscription is ready to use.
Manage the Account Administrator Contact Details or IP Ranges, and perform Subscription Renewals or Upgrades at the Institutional: Admin link. Authentication is by IP address plus supply of Admin UserName and Password, to ensure account details are not accessible to other network Users.

New Print Edition
to be notified when published
'For those who prefer the certainty of hard copy'
Note: the online database is current, with ~70 entries updated every week
|The GrantSearch Register of Australian Funding
is a printed version of the database.
While the database is dynamic and constantly updated,
the contents of the book are static and gradually become
out of date. Even so, some prefer it to online subscriptions, and continue
to find it useful long after its intended lifetime of 18 - 24 months.
A new edition is now in preparation. This is a labour-intensive
process which involves checking every detail of the entire database before going to press. It is difficult to predict how long this will take, so please be patient - responding to repeated requests for progress reports only increases the burden of work and leads to further delay.
